Just Another Figure in the Wall
I never got to see what was inside the building whose façade so interested me in Melbourne. We turned up on a Monday. It is closed Mondays.
So, while gathering wits, I took to snapping at what was overhead...
the Glory that was Greece...
After that, an afternoon wandering round on trams and a strong coffee in an Italian shop that sold every coffee making implement known to humanity.
A memorable day.

A Metaphor for Our Times?
Gulliver is the perennial little person.
His travels mirror the experience of
all who live in society and must
negotiate with forces larger than themselves.

As I write, the population of Irish people over Seventy
is gathering in the capital to address their concerns
about changes in the health service.
It will be interesting to see if they are heard...
